Научите своих операторов отвечать не "алё", а говорит название магазина! Потому что, судя по недовольному голосу, ощущение, что я вообще не туда попал. И зачем закидывать на свой и так не очень-то приличный сайт то, чего у вас нет? Ставлю 3 только потому, что лично еще в магазине не был и, слава богу, ничего не заказывал. Но, судя по стилю работы - ожидаемо, что и 2 можно ставить
