Z-Sport

Z-Sport fitness club, at 16/2 Alecu Russo Street, puts the emphasis on modern equipment: the gym floor is fitted with Technogym Black series machines, and the cardio area has a panoramic view over the city. Beyond the gym there is a functional studio for CrossFit-style training, group classes (yoga, Pilates, fitball, stretching), martial arts and one-to-one sessions with personal trainers. After a workout members can use the Finnish sauna with Himalayan salt. Prospective members can book a free club presentation.

The club has many reviews and members are highly satisfied, praising a modern, always clean gym, experienced trainers, friendly reception and the fact that it is not crowded even at peak times. Recurring drawbacks are limited parking and staff who mostly speak Russian, which some Romanian-speaking members find uncomfortable.
