ZooExpert, str. Alecu Russo 24/2

ZooExpert at 24/2 Alecu Russo Street is one of several ZooExpert chain shops in the Ciocana sector. People come here for food, accessories and care products for dogs, cats, birds and rodents.

It sells dry and wet dog and cat food for every life stage, veterinary diets and brands such as Royal Canin, Purina Pro Plan and Acana, plus food for parrots and other birds, rodent food, litter, bowls, beds, leashes, toys, shampoos and anti-parasite products.

The shop is rated well and the overall experience is positive. Shoppers value the sellers' advice, the discounts and special offers, and the choice of food and accessories. There are complaints too: a bird food product past its expiry date, a curt tone in some cases, and trouble getting through by phone.

The chain also runs an online store at zooexpert.md with a shopping cart and delivery, and the full list of its branches in Chișinău and Bălți is on the website under “Shops”.
