Pet shops in Botanica, Chișinău
ZOOTERRA on 30/4 Dacia Boulevard is the ZOOTERRA chain's store in the Botanica sector. The chain's other addresses and pickup points are listed on zooterra.md.
The range covers aquaristics (tanks and equipment, filters, lighting, fish food and treatments, live fish and aquatic plants), dry, wet and veterinary diets for cats and dogs, cat litter, accessories, toys and leashes, supplies for rodents, birds and reptiles, plus veterinary products. Brands listed on the website include Tetra, Beaphar, Belcando, Leonardo and Little One. Orders placed in the zooterra.md online shop can be delivered or picked up in store.
Customers rate the shop well and the overall experience is positive. People praise the variety of products, premium food included, the convenient location and knowledgeable advice; one shopper singles out Little One food for guinea pigs. On the other hand, several reviews complain about one saleswoman's dismissive tone, and some note that the range has shrunk recently.
