Google ratings are above average and there are still few reviews. Satisfied authors write about friendly staff and about finding everything they need in one stop on the way. The complaints are specific and repeated: one customer went without coffee because he had not installed the app, another waited a long time at a till left unattended, and one review describes a refusal to accept an ID document shown in the state app when buying an age-restricted product.
