UrbanCity Group
Real estate agency in Botanica, Chișinău
UrbanCity Group is a Chișinău company that covers property work well beyond brokerage: legal support for transactions, surveying and cadastral work, design, construction and property valuation. The office is on Grădina Botanică Street, in the Botanica district.
That mix of services explains the typical client — someone who needs to take a project from land and paperwork through to design and construction without hiring a surveyor, a lawyer and a designer separately.
Clients are highly satisfied, though the number of reviews is still small. Three themes recur: deadlines met, clear communication, and designs that meet the technical requirements from the start. There is also one critical note about legal consulting, where a client found the answers too general for the fee paid.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
