Acces Imobil

By volume of public feedback, Acces Imobil ranks among the most visible real estate agencies in Chișinău. The company has been on the market since 2013 and works from its office on Grigore Vieru Boulevard, in the Râșcani district. It covers residential sales and purchases, rentals of apartments, houses and commercial premises, legal support for transactions, and mortgage advice.

Clients are highly satisfied, and the reviews form a clear pattern: speed of work, and an agent who stays with the client throughout. People write about selling and buying an apartment within a short period, about tenants found in a few days, about constant availability by phone. Agents are named in almost every review — the relationship is built with the person, not just the firm. A separate strand of feedback comes from clients in the diaspora who completed transactions remotely.

The agency’s website, accesimobil.md, carries its sale and rental listings, a property map and a mortgage section that covers the “Prima Casă” programme and loans for Moldovans working abroad. Acces Imobil is also on Facebook and Instagram; contact details are listed on this page.
