Ambasada Republicii Populare Chineze
Embassies and consulates in Buiucani
The Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Moldova is China's diplomatic mission in Chisinau. It represents the Chinese state in its relations with Moldova, develops political, economic, educational and cultural cooperation and provides consular assistance to Chinese citizens in the country.
Most visitors come to the consular section for Chinese visas — tourist, business, study or work. The visa application form is filled in online, and once it is approved you bring your passport and documents to the embassy; passports of other group members can be submitted together. Chinese nationals come here for passports, travel documents and other consular services. Document intake pauses in the middle of the day, so check the exact window before you go.
The embassy is located at 124 Mitropolit Dosoftei Street, in the Buiucani district. Phone: +373 22 210 712. Current visa requirements and document lists are published on the embassy's official website.

I am addressing the Embassy of China because it is becoming impossible to remain silent about what is happening to animals in China. Every day, new videos appear online showing cats and dogs being tortured, killed, and exploited for content, views, and money. These materials are being shared on Telegram and other social media platforms, turning the suffering of living beings into entertainment. What is especially horrifying are cases in which animals are burned alive, skinned, tortured for hours, and subjected to unimaginable cruelty. There are also cases involving tiny kittens and helpless puppies. People around the world see these videos and are left shocked and disgusted. It is impossible to understand how a person can deliberately cause such suffering to an animal that cannot defend itself and cannot even understand why it is being tortured. I am also deeply outraged by the apparent lack of justice for those responsible for such acts. Where are the investigations? Where is the punishment? Why can people who deliberately torture animals for money or entertainment continue doing so? I do not want to believe that such cruelty can be considered normal or acceptable. But when these videos continue to appear and, according to publicly available information, those responsible are not held properly accountable, it creates a horrifying sense of impunity. I feel profound disgust toward those who are capable of committing such acts, and toward anyone who treats the suffering of animals as entertainment or a way to make money. I ask the Embassy not to ignore this problem. Please pay attention to what is happening and bring this issue to the attention of the relevant authorities. Investigations, accountability for those responsible, and real protection for animals must be more than empty words. Animals feel pain and fear. They are not toys, entertainment, or content for Telegram. Please do not remain silent. Do something for those who cannot ask for help themselves. Shame on the People's Republic of China for allowing such cruelty to continue.....
