Consulatul onorific al Columbiei
Embassies and consulates in Ciocana
The Honorary Consulate of Colombia in Chisinau represents the country in Moldova through an honorary consul. Unlike an embassy, an honorary consulate has limited consular functions: it supports economic, cultural and humanitarian ties between the two countries and acts as a local point of contact.
Colombian citizens in Moldova can turn to it for assistance, information and useful contacts, and the consul can sometimes help with preparing or forwarding documents. Passports and visas are normally handled by the embassy. The Colombian embassy accredited to Moldova is in Warsaw, Poland, at 29 Zwycięzców Street, tel. +48 22 617 71 57.
The consulate is located at 26/6 Calea Basarabiei in the Ciocana district. Phone: +373 69 122 899, and the email address is listed in the contacts below. Honorary consulates often work by appointment, so call or write before you visit. Contact details come from the diplomatic list of Moldova's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and should be verified.
