Neuroscan is a diagnostic and consultation centre at 2A Eugen Doga Street in the Râșcani district, near the Cathedral square, built around neurology: Doppler and duplex vascular scanning, EEG, EMG and echoencephaloscopy. Around this core a cardiologist with ECG and echocardiography, an endocrinologist with thyroid ultrasound, an ophthalmologist, an audiologist with tonal audiometry, a gynaecologist with pelvic ultrasound and a psychotherapist consult; abdominal and urinary ultrasound are also done. The centre announces a second location in the Sculeanca area.
Ratings are above average, but opinions are sharply divided: positive reviews are brief and mention good service on repeat visits, while complaints describe extra investigations proposed without need, appointments not honoured and difficulty communicating in Romanian at reception.
