Zikkurat

The Zikkurat store at 112 Calea Orheiului in Râșcani is one of the chain’s hypermarkets in Chișinău (another is in Botanica). Its large sales floor stocks building and finishing materials — tile adhesives, waterproofing, special mortars, tiles — plus plumbing, décor and homeware, ladders, scaffolding and equipment for working at height. Zikkurat is the exclusive importer of the German brands Sopro (adhesives and tiling systems) and Krause (ladders and scaffolding), and regular customers can get a discount card.

The store has a very large number of reviews and customers are highly satisfied. They praise the range (“you find absolutely everything for the home”), a clean, well-kept sales floor and affordable prices, and staff in the plumbing department are thanked by name. Less frequent complaints concern how some employees communicate and how certain checkout or return issues were handled.

Contacts are in the company card; the catalogue and offers are on zikkurat.md.
