Central Military Clinicl Hospital

Spitalul Clinic Militar Central (SCMC) at 32 Vasile Lupu Street in the Buiucani district is the National Army's hospital, which besides servicemen and veterans also admits civilian patients under CNAM insurance or for a fee. There is no website, so the information comes from the Google listing and reviews; the hours above are from the listing and worth confirming by phone.

Reviews point to a hospital with an active general-surgery ward, internal-medicine and neurology wards, an ultrasound room and a laboratory, in a setting of military discipline. Admission requires a referral; consultations can be booked by phone.

Patient opinions are among the best of the city's public hospitals: reviews thank surgeons by name for successful complex operations and praise the discipline, cleanliness and staff attitude; complaints are rare and concern being received as an emergency with chest pain.
