Highly Recommend. Haven't been in the office but in the same time it is not necessary. The staff is working perfect online and by the phone. Any questions are answered in a professional manner and the consultants and installing workers are polite and profi. Some things in the service agreements can be done even better but as a provider the are best in Chisinau. Believe me - I have used majority of internet provider in the city and as a conclusion - Starnet is the best. Cvs Office
Timp de 3 zile de 3 ori la rând nu am avut internet timp de aproximativ 10-60 minute. Suntem companie, și dat fiind faptul că activitatea noastră de bazează pe internet asta e o problemă mare. Practic de fiecare dată cand apar probleme tehnice telefonul de la serviciul support nu funcționează (sun, primesc 3 beep-uri și de închide). Cei de la serviciul tehnic de fiecare dată spun că verifică problema și revin cu un apel, însă niciodată nu revin cu apelul promis. Operatorii încep discuția într-o limbă și până la finalul discuției trec la alta limbă (ro-ru). Sper că acest feedback să ajute la îmbunătățirea serviciilor companiei Dvs. Marcel Osoian
