Highly Recommend. Haven't been in the office but in the same time it is not necessary. The staff is working perfect online and by the phone. Any questions are answered in a professional manner and the consultants and installing workers are polite and profi. Some things in the service agreements can be done even better but as a provider the are best in Chisinau. Believe me - I have used majority of internet provider in the city and as a conclusion - Starnet is the best.

Отвратительный сервис. Хамское отношение и грубое поведение инженеров на монтаже при смене пакета интернета. Поврежден наличник входной двери и был забит гвоздь без согласования с хозяевами квартиры. Уверенность в своей полной безнаказанности. Полнейшее разочарование! Избегайте эту компанию.. Монтаж был 24.12.2025. Официальная жалоба была написана 31.12.2025.
