De cite ori am fost la ei sunt extrem de aroganti, niciodata nu mai stii care agent este liber, trebuie sa mergi pe la fiecare ca sa vezi dacă este liber, apoi primești un răspuns de parca l-ai scos din pat și este în vacanță, nu mai vorbim de amabilitate, dezastruos !
