The Centru Territorial Directorate is the branch of Moldova's National Health Insurance Company (CNAM) that deals directly with insured people and healthcare providers in Chișinău. It keeps records of insured persons and handles questions about compulsory health insurance.
People come here to check whether they are insured, to register with or change their family doctor and clinic (bringing an application signed by the new doctor), and to sort out questions about a privately purchased health insurance policy or overdue premium payments. Visitors note that doctor-change documents are handled in room 310 and that there can be a queue.

Au trimis scrisoare pe 28.01.2025 ca persoana in cauza trebuie sa se prezinte si sa achite amenda pentru prima obligatorie, pana la data de 31.12.2024, in caz contrar va fi chemata in judecata, ce parere aveti? )

Люди будьте бдительны!!!!!!!!!!! Сегодня пришло письмо о том что у меня долг в 15 тыс. ЛЕЙ ..оказывается я должна была покупать мед. полис в марте о котором я даже не знала .. долг вырос до 15 тыс . лей .. не в каком документе при подаче заявления (повторно ) на внж нет что я ОБЯЗАНА иметь полис ...Ещё при том что долг рос с марта а письмо я получила в ноябре .. Четыре года живу по внж ни разу не покупала полис .. посещаю врачей на платной основе .. ГДЕ И КОГДА ВЫ ПРИДУМАЛИ ЭТОТ ЗАКОН ПОЧЕМУ НЕТ ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЙ !!!!! Знаю что не мало людей столкнулись с этой проблемой.. жду обратной связи давайте вместе отстаивать наши права..
