Extremely disappointing experience. I wasn’t able to get basic service, and staff offered no clear explanation or solution. The lack of accountability was shocking for a taxpayer-funded organization. I won’t be returning.

Great place to get your international Passport done the same day, no real wait- unlike the Buiucani place, if you submit before 9am, may be able to get your new passport by 2 pm, if you submit after 10am, still get your new passport by 4:30pm at latest
