The Environment Agency operates under the Ministry of Environment and handles permitting and monitoring in environmental policy. It issues environmental permits, keeps records of pollution sources and waste, and monitors the quality of air, water and soil.
Its main clients are businesses and local authorities: environmental permits for emissions and water use, waste management permits, environmental impact assessment for new projects, official opinions and environmental reporting. Очень "прекрасный" график работы и обработки заявок. Опыт взаимодействия крайне негативный. Связаться невозможно: телефоны либо не отвечают, либо никто не перезванивает, обращения остаются без реакции. При этом последствия этого бездействия почему-то ложатся на заявителя - вплоть до штрафов и проблем, которых можно было бы избежать за один нормальный разговор или своевременный ответ. Отдельно хочется отметить, что для государственной структуры такое отношение выглядит особенно странно. Вместо помощи и нормального взаимодействия — полное равнодушие и ощущение, что людям приходится бороться не за решение вопроса, а хотя бы за возможность быть услышанными.
