Public agencies and services in Telecentru
The National Social Insurance House (CNAS) is the public body that runs Moldova's state social insurance system. It manages the social insurance budget and the records of contributions and insured persons, and oversees the territorial offices that award and pay pensions and benefits.
CNAS handles pensions (old-age, disability, survivor's and early retirement for long careers), maternity, childcare and sick-leave benefits, funeral grants, allowances, compensations and spa treatment vouchers. Applications are usually filed at the territorial office for your sector, while the call centre and online services let you check an application's status or your contribution record. Visitors recommend booking an appointment in advance.

Am sunat de 2 ori a cîte 20 de min de aşteptare pentru fiecare apel ca să ajung prima în lista de așteptare și să îmi fie pus receptorul și acuma sun e ora 16:00 și mi se spune că orele de muncă au luat sfîrșit cu toate ca graficul prezentat arată că activați până la 17:00 ,nui destul că mereu răspund sec de parcă le ești datoare dar acum nici nu mai ajungi să ți se răspundă la apel.

Требуют вернуть деньги за пособие по недееспособности в размере 2300 леев за переплату. По факту смерть отца зафиксирована полицией и поликлиникой в день смерти, и CNAS по закону №142/2018 об обмене данными и интероперабельности должны были знать о смерти человека и не начислять лишние деньги! Беспредел.

Три года назад я болела,находилась на больничном и по сей день мне не заплатили ,один раз мне в трубку говорили что у меня меньше года непрерывной работы и в таком случае я не получу деньги за время болезни,в другой раз мне говорят что у меня должны быть три года непрерывной работы (стажа),поэтому мне не положено.Как это ,мы платим за полис кучу денег и ещё довольно приличную сумму нам удерживают из зарплаты с первого месяца работы,а нам оплатить больничный лист ставят условия! Мы в какой стране живём,в стране жуликов!
