The Organisation for Entrepreneurship Development (ODA), formerly ODIMM, is the public institution through which the Moldovan state supports small and medium-sized businesses. It runs grant programmes, access-to-finance tools, the network of business incubators, industrial parks and international projects for entrepreneurs.
People come to ODA when they want to start or grow a business: for grants under programmes aimed at young people, women entrepreneurs, small producers, digitalisation, equipment upgrades or energy efficiency, for loan guarantees from the Credit Guarantee Fund, for the Prima Casă PLUS housing programme, for export support and trade-fair participation, and for business consultations and training.

3 years ago the rating would have been 5. Today: a huge delay in projects evaluation (vital factor for small businesses). There are many different programs, but ODIMM is no longer able to manage all of them efficiently. 80% of the finance goes to project management and discussion of what everyone knows, and 20% to real actions, which Moldova needs so much. ODIMM, publish please your financial statement since you are the NGO with nothing to hide.
