CIPTI — the Training Centre for International Transport Personnel — is at 1 Vlad Țepeș Street in the Telecentru sector.
The centre does not train beginners for a licence but transport professionals: it runs courses and certification for drivers working in road freight and passenger transport, including international routes — periodic professional training (CPC), transport of dangerous goods (ADR) and other training required by law.
Customer feedback is positive: people praise the teachers and the quick, queue-free paperwork handled by friendly staff. One review criticises having to travel to Chișinău for courses and exams, which is inconvenient for people from the south of the country.

On cipti.md the centre points out that it is accredited by the IRU Academy (Geneva) to train drivers under its “Code 95” programmes, with internationally recognised certificates that can be checked via a QR code. Together with a partner it has also launched simulator-based driver training in Bălți.
