The Artur Cecan driving school is one of the best-known driving schools in Chișinău, with its main office at 37/2 Sarmizegetusa Street in the Botanica sector. It also has a branch in Ciocana, at 13/2 Mircea cel Bătrân Boulevard, and its own training ground near the Botanical Garden, at 25/1 Grădina Botanică Street.
The school prepares students for the category B licence: theory lessons, practical lessons with an instructor — first on the training ground, then in the city — and preparation for the ASP exams.
Customer feedback is positive but divided. Many praise well-explained theory, professional instructors and the front office, and some passed both exams first time; others leave very negative reviews about the attitude at the front office and the quality of service.
