Family Doctors Centre No. 10

Centrul Medicilor de Familie nr. 10 at 19 Socoleni Street in the Râșcani district is the primary-care unit of the Rîșcani Territorial Medical Association for the Poșta Veche area; it grew out of the former Polyclinic No. 14 and has a capacity of around seven hundred and fifty visits a day. The „Neovita” youth centre, one of the first in the country, and the community mental-health centre work in the same building. The association's website announces hours until the evening on weekdays, Saturdays and Sunday mornings, longer than the Google listing.

Registration with a family doctor by address, consultations, vaccinations and procedures take place here; some specialists — endocrinologist, surgeon, ultrasound doctor — consult on site, the rest being at the Consultative-Diagnostic Centre at 11 Alecu Russo Street, with a referral. There is an information desk, a home-visit desk and a certificate desk. Services are under CNAM insurance; booking is online via SIA AMP or by phone.

Patient opinions are mostly negative, among the weakest in the district: reviews complain by name about the endocrinologist and surgeon for their attitude, about months-long queues for registration and missed diagnoses; the reception, by contrast, is praised by some for help with appointments.
