Detail Garage

Detail Garage at 210/2 Uzinelor Street in the Ciocana district is a detailing centre operating since 2012; the company also has a second site at 19/1 Lunca Bâcului Street.

The range is unusually broad for a detailing studio. On appearance: body polishing, ceramic coatings, anti-gravel film, wrapping and window tinting. On bodywork: paintless dent removal, respraying and bumper restoration. Inside: upholstery and leather restoration, sound insulation and audio system installation. Tuning is handled separately — carbon kits for premium marques, LED lighting, retractable running boards — along with some mechanical servicing: diagnostics, suspension, brakes, clutch, air conditioning and chip tuning.

Customer opinions are divided. There is praise for the workmanship and clear explanations, but several recent reviews complain of the same thing: an attractive starting price, with the final invoice rising significantly above the agreed sum. The practical advice is to ask for the quote in writing, with every line item, before work begins.
