The General Directorate for Housing, Utilities and Urban Improvement (DGLCA) is the Chișinău Municipal Council department in charge of the municipal housing stock and the upkeep of public spaces. The municipal housing management companies (IMGFL) report to it, and it coordinates repairs to apartment blocks, cleaning and landscaping of courtyards, green areas and public grounds.
Residents turn to DGLCA with problems in their apartment buildings — roofs, stairwells, basements, internal utility networks, neglected courtyards — and with complaints about the IMGFL serving their sector. Petitions can also be submitted online through the form on the directorate's website.

Заявление приняли.Ответ прислали,но просто отписались.Никакого результата.Не могу дозваниться до составителя ответа ни до канцелярии.Во внутрь не пускают.Заявление принимает охранник.Придется снова идти,чтобы записаться на прием к шефу.
