Grand Optica
Optics in Centre, Chișinău
Grand Optica on 31 August 1989 Street is one of the shops of the Grand Optica chain, which has been operating since 1983. Staff help choose frames and lenses, including photochromic ones, and glasses are made and repaired by the shop's own technicians. The chain also offers eye tests, contact lenses and sunglasses, with brands such as Silhouette, Carl Zeiss and Polaroid.
The shop is at Strada 31 August 1989 63 in the Centru sector; reviewers say it is located inside Polyclinic No. 1.
Customers are highly satisfied. Repairs get the most praise: quick, done on the spot and well made, even in urgent cases. Many reviewers appreciate the friendly staff and useful advice when choosing frames, and several thank consultant Galina by name. Some also note that their glasses were ready very quickly.
The chain's range and services are listed at grandoptica.md, with updates on Facebook (grandopticamoldova) and Instagram (grandoptica_md). It is worth calling ahead to book an eye test.
