Gastropub and brewery at 71 Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Boulevard in central Chișinău. The company presents itself as the Austrian-Moldovan Brewing Company and has been brewing since 1997. The beer is made from Weyermann malt shipped from Germany on Caspary equipment; the new brewery was built in the village of Budești and tours of it can be booked on the site.
The group runs several formats: Holz Finest, its fine-dining line, Keller Holz Gastro Family, BierGarten, WURST Cafe and its own boutique. The venue also does delivery and events, and there is live music in the room.
