Kuz’ma
Pet grooming in Centre, Chișinău
Kuz'ma is a dog and cat grooming salon in central Chișinău, at 26 Ismail Street. It cuts dogs — Yorkshire terriers and shih tzus come up most often in reviews — and also washes and brushes cats. Some clients have been coming for years, ever since their pets were puppies.
On Google the salon is rated well and the experience is mostly positive, but opinions are divided. Happy customers praise the groomers' patience, quick work and attention to owners' wishes. Unhappy ones mention cuts that ignored their requests, a cat returned still damp and the tone of some phone conversations.
The salon is easy to reach from anywhere in the Centru sector. To book or ask about services, call +373 688 02 752, and it is a good idea to describe the cut you want in detail beforehand.

Our zuz is really happy after he's groomed here

Was very disappointed. Inside of the salon can not be seen by pet owner. Why? Our pet was stressed for several days after being groomed there, not mentionincluding how stressed im still. Cats and dogs are all groomed in the same room, overcrowded, too inconsiderate... It's totally stressful for the pet and the owners.

We were an hour late to our appointment, and they still took us without issues - appreciated that. The haircut itself wasn't perfect but given how stressed our cats were, it was good enough.
