Courts and prosecution in Centru
The Prosecutor General's Office is the central body of Moldova's prosecution service. It directs and coordinates the work of territorial and specialised prosecution offices, leads criminal investigations, represents the state's case in court and protects the public interest and citizens' rights and freedoms.
People turn to the General Prosecutor's Office to challenge the actions or inaction of prosecutors at territorial offices, to report a serious crime or to raise human rights violations. Written requests can be submitted at the reception office, and replies are sent officially in writing. The website publishes information on the rights of crime victims, activity reports and statistics.

Това е сградата на главната прокуратура на Молдова в Кишинев. Хубава постройка! Но най-важното е, че това е бивш арменски дом, където през 1877 Столетов събира българското опълчение! Паметно място за българската история!!!

Clădirea fostului Minister al Alimentației Publice (în prezent sediul Procuraturii Generale a Republicii Moldova) este o clădire amplasată pe bd. Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt, 73 în Chișinău, Republica Moldova. Este un monument arhitectural de importanță națională inclus în Registrul monumentelor Republicii Moldova ocrotite de stat (municipiul Chișinău). Datează din anii 1950.

Procuratura Generală a Republicii Moldova este o instituție publică autonomă în cadrul autorității judecătorești, responsabilă de supravegherea respectării legilor, efectuarea justiției și apărarea drepturilor și intereselor legitime ale persoanelor și societății. Este adăpostită de o cladire foarte mare si foarte frumoasa de vizitat, preferabil, numai la exterior.

В 1952 году архитектором Войцеховским было построено здание Министерства пищевой промышленности (позже – здание Экономического суда, Апелляционной и Регистрационной палат, а ныне – Генеральной прокуратуры). В отделке фасада, наряду с традиционным для этой местности камнем – котельцом, была применена обожженная цветная керамика. В архитектуре здания прослеживается стремление зодчего использовать национальные архитектурные традиции: резьбу по камню и мотивы народного декоративного творчества.
