The Chișinău District Court (Judecătoria Chișinău) is the first-instance court for Chișinău municipality, created by merging the former sector courts. The Rîșcani building is one of its five buildings, where hearings are held.
The court hears civil cases (divorce, child support, property disputes, debts, inheritance), criminal cases and minor offences, as well as special-procedure applications. This is where claims are filed, copies of judgments and case certificates are issued and parties can review case files. Cases are distributed between buildings by type, so always check the address and courtroom on your summons or on the courts' online portal.

Majoritatea personalului nu vorbește rusa sau o face intenționat pentru a scăpa de cineva. Am fost martor la acte de grosolănie și țipete și am primit și o pedeapsă nedreaptă. A fost o încălcare a drepturilor.

Maya a greșit. Ar fi trebuit să epureze instanțele și să-i demită pe toți judecătorii. Și apoi ar fi trebuit să se grăbească să se alăture României și UE.
