Courts and prosecution in Botanica
The Chișinău District Court (Judecătoria Chișinău) is the first-instance court for Chișinău municipality, created by merging the former sector courts. The main building is one of its five buildings, where hearings are held.
The court hears civil cases (divorce, child support, property disputes, debts, inheritance), criminal cases and minor offences, as well as special-procedure applications. This is where claims are filed, copies of judgments and case certificates are issued and parties can review case files. Cases are distributed between buildings by type, so always check the address and courtroom on your summons or on the courts' online portal.

Documents are registered at the registry office, and requested certificates are not always issued on the spot, so ask about the processing time when you apply. Здание суда, построено в СССР, бывший райком Коммунистической партии. Многие вопросы решались и где был суд, немногие знали в нашем городе

Angajati foarte aroganți, avind nevoie de un certificat pregătiți-vă ca la termenul de 7 zile promise nu veți primi nimic doar niște vorbe veniți peste alte 7 zile poate o sa fie gata, angajații avind un registru unde au datele nr de telefon etc nu pot sa telefoneze și sa anunțe ca ne scuzați dar avem nevoie de mai mult timp, foarte indiferenti și iresponsabili.
