The Centru Court of Appeal (formerly the Chișinău Court of Appeal) is the appellate court for the district courts of Chișinău municipality and the surrounding districts within its circuit. It re-examines, at the request of the parties, first-instance judgments in civil, criminal, administrative and minor-offence cases.

People come here to appeal a district court decision, to attend hearings as a party, witness or lawyer, or to review case files.
