The Botanica Office of the Chișinău Municipal Prosecutor's Office is the local branch of the prosecution service for the Botanica sector. Its prosecutors lead criminal investigations in the sector, check that police actions are lawful and represent the state's case in court.

This is where you file complaints and reports of crimes, challenge a police refusal to open a criminal case or the actions of investigators, and request information on cases in which you are a party. Victims and witnesses can learn about their rights in criminal proceedings. In an emergency, call the single emergency number rather than the prosecutor's office.
