Shans — Autogas.md
Auto service in Botanica, Chișinău
Șans SRL, trading as Autogas.md, is a workshop specialising in fitting and servicing automotive gas systems, active since 1992. It is one of the oldest companies in this field in Moldova.
It installs fourth- and fifth-generation LPG systems as well as compressed-methane systems, with homologated toroidal or cylindrical tanks. The job includes advice and selecting the right kit for the engine, diagnostics before fitting, calibration of the electronics after installation and leak testing. Periodic servicing of the system is handled separately: filter changes, checks of the reducer, injectors and seals, plus component repair. The workshop also does other car work, including wheel alignment.
Reviews are good and consistent: competence on the gas side, prices and attitude are all appreciated. An older comment concerns the origin of a kit presented as Italian, so it is worth asking for documentation on the equipment fitted. Note on the address: the company's website gives 28 Lunca Bâcului Street.
