Cvartal Imobil

Cvartal Imobil is a real estate agency in Chișinău, with its office on Mihail Kogălniceanu Street. The agency handles the sale and purchase of apartments in the capital and stays with the client through the whole transaction — from shortlisting offers and arranging viewings to paperwork and securing a mortgage.

Customer ratings are above average, but opinions split noticeably. Satisfied clients write about specific agents who carried the deal to the finish: quick responses, a range of options offered at viewings, help at the bank financing stage. On the other side there are complaints about communication after signing and about how enquiries were handled. In short, the experience depends heavily on which agent takes the case — it is worth agreeing from the start who will handle yours.

Contacts and the agency’s Facebook and Instagram pages are in the listing.
