Public agencies and services in Buiucani
This is the civil status office of the Public Services Agency (ASP) in Chișinău, the department that receives citizens' requests on civil registration. Births, marriages, divorces and deaths are registered here, and the related certificates and documents are issued.
People come here for civil status certificates and extracts, duplicates of lost documents, multilingual extracts, certificates of no impediment to marriage, change of first name or surname, establishing paternity and correcting records. The hall uses a numbered ticket system with a display screen; many services require a prior appointment, which is booked online on the ASP website.

First of all want to say that because if the covid metrics quality of the speed work falls very much. From 23 operators there works 6 people. So I wait till my que will came almost 3 hours. This made me very bored 😴. By the way I got good service from the women on the info section. Got my ticket 🎟 and got needed paper after paying on the time that was indicated. I'm happy that I was able to get all I needed. But I wish people who work there will learn subordination and be polite to clients. Currently there is poor customer service they aren't polite at all and of you request something they can even ignore you which makes feel bad totally. By the way note that there is online reservations which must be done 3 weeks before. Also there is different of the payment amount as fast you need to receive requested documents so much you will be paying. This is my currently review for this service. Hope things will be change to the better side. 🙏

Worst service ever, no line tickets, no order, nothing. 2021 update: Better, much better, ticket system, online registration.

I had a pleasant experience. You receive a ticket so you don't have to worry about the line as it was before. The personel is helpful. Although I came to the place at 6 AM, I really needed to finish the request as soon as possible, I left at 10 AM, because a case can be reviewed up to 45 min depending on what documents you need to get, and I was the 10th in my lane. The documents received were accurate, but you still have to check all the details on them before leaving.
