The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) regulates Moldova's telephone, internet and postal markets. It sets the rules for operators, manages telephone numbering resources and oversees competition and the protection of users' rights.
Telecom and postal operators come here to notify their activity and obtain licences and number ranges. For ordinary users, ANRCETI is the place to turn when a dispute about mobile or landline service, internet access or postal delivery could not be settled with the provider directly: the agency examines subscriber complaints and explains the rules on number portability and consumer rights.
