The State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI) operates under the Ministry of Justice and protects intellectual property rights in Moldova. It registers trademarks, patents for inventions, industrial designs and geographical indications, and keeps records of copyright works.
Entrepreneurs, inventors, designers and authors come here to register a trademark or logo, obtain a patent, deposit a copyright work, check whether a name is available and get advice on the procedure. Applications can also be filed online. An appeals board and a mediation and arbitration centre for intellectual property disputes operate alongside the agency.

Абсолютно бутафорное агентство , месяцами регистрируют один лист произведения , хотя всё оплачено давным давно и обьем смешной . Напоминаю авторам : Молдова входит в Бернскую Конвенцию по авторскому праву и оно признаётся с момента первой публикации произведения , не тратьте деньги и время на это агенство если у вас просто стихи или просто книга онлайн , всё что вас ждёт это отговорки и пересылка с одного стационара на другой . По мне это агенство стоит расформировать из за его бессмысленности и аморфности . Депонирование произведения должно производится онлайн и автоматизировано и с минимальной платой а не с бесконечной бюрократией .

Am ajuns exact în pauza de masă, pentru prima dată într-o instituție la recepție mi-a zis( îmi pare rău ca ați nimerit exact la masa) eu am rămas șocat de abordare
