Public agencies and services in Râșcani
The Department for Registration and Licensing of Legal Entities at the Public Services Agency (ASP) keeps Moldova's State Register of legal entities and sole traders. Companies, non-profits and other organisations are registered here, and ASP also issues licences for regulated activities.
Business owners come here to register a limited liability company (SRL), a sole proprietorship or an association, to amend founding documents (new director, address or shareholders), to reorganise or liquidate a company, and to obtain extracts from the State Register. Licences are applied for, renewed and reissued through ASP as well. Many applications can also be filed online.

Dorind de a obtine careva informatii domnisoara de pe fir poate fi vulgara la culme,isi permite sa dee indicatii,vb cu clientela de sus si daca ceva nu ai inteles sau ceva itzi poate liber pune receptorul in nas,foarte amabili si bine instruiti operatori,vazind asa servicii mi-se face rusine sa zic cuiva ca sunt din Republica Moldova :((
