Ambasada Republicii Azerbaidjan
Embassies and consulates in Centru
The Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Chisinau represents Azerbaijan in Moldova and handles political, economic and cultural relations. It also keeps in touch with the Azerbaijani community in Moldova and hosts cultural events. A small public garden has been laid out in front of the building.
The consular section works in the same building. Azerbaijani citizens come here for passports, travel documents, civil registration and legalisation of documents. Moldovans and foreigners contact the embassy about visas and travel to Azerbaijan; much of the information and some formalities are available online on the embassy website and official Azerbaijani portals.
The embassy is located at 64 Mihail Kogălniceanu Street in the Centru district. Phone: +373 22 227 558, email: [email protected], website: chisinau.mfa.gov.az. Consular reception times differ from the embassy's general schedule, so check online or by phone first.
