Consulatul onorific al Republicii Cipru
Embassies and consulates in Centru
The Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Cyprus in Chisinau is headed by an honorary consul general. Cyprus has no resident embassy in Moldova: the country is covered by the Cypriot Embassy in Bucharest, which has a consular department.
An honorary consulate has limited functions: information and assistance for Cypriot citizens in Moldova, liaison with the embassy and support for business contacts between the two countries. Visas, passports and most official documents are applied for through the embassy in Bucharest, and the consulate can explain the steps involved.
The consulate is located at 105 Vasile Alecsandri Street in the Centru district. Phone: +373 22 272 000, email: [email protected]. Call or write before visiting to check whether your matter is handled here or at the embassy in Bucharest.
