The Embassy of Ukraine in Chisinau is Ukraine's diplomatic mission in Moldova. Ukraine also has consulates in Balti and Tiraspol. The embassy's consular section works at the same address and runs an emergency phone line.
Ukrainian citizens living in or passing through Moldova come here for passports, including children's passports, certificates for returning to Ukraine when a passport has expired, civil registration, powers of attorney and other notarial acts, and consular registration. Visits are by online appointment. Visitors advise bringing copies of all your documents.

They are worthless not responding to your calls and emails. For the foreign citizens need to go to the VFS Global. I'm also attaching some pictures with details.

Worst staff and service. Everyone is treated like animals. Nobody speaks English. You have to lineup outside for hours with no siting arrangements whatsoever and have to tolerate arrogant staff/ security guards. Once you’re in, it feels like a jail. Upon entry into the main area with the counters, there is no procedure in place and almost like a market.

These guys are so fast! It's a bit hectic getting in during the morning because everyone sort of crowds around the entrance, but it's worth waiting to get such fast service thereafter. One of the workers at the consulate speaks very good English and is very nice. There's a bank just down the street to make your visa payments, so it's all very convenient and so long as you have all of your documents, you can get your visa done fast. I would recommend going here if you need your visa processed quickly.
