Ultra

Ultra is a Chișinău electronics and home appliance showroom with a single retail store. It stocks smartphones and gadgets, TVs, audio and photo equipment, large and small appliances, computers, consoles and gaming accessories, office equipment and smart home devices. Instalment purchases, delivery and installation certificates are available.

The showroom is at 170 Columna Street in Buiucani, at the north-western end of the street, not far from the Bucuriei Square. Some customers say the way to the showroom is not obvious, so check the route on a map before you set off. The address at 6V Ion Creangă Street is only the company's registered office, not a store.

Customers rate the service positively, though experiences vary. Visitors to the showroom praise the wide range, the modern product selection system and knowledgeable consultants, although sometimes you have to wait for someone to come over. Most recent complaints concern online orders: late deliveries, lost orders and difficulties with returns and warranty repairs through the service centre.

The full catalogue and online ordering are on ultra.md, and the company is on Facebook and Instagram as ultra.moldova. Before visiting, check on the website or by phone whether the model you want is available in the showroom.
