The Cadastre Department of the Public Services Agency (ASP) keeps Moldova's Real Estate Register and records rights to land, flats, houses, garages and other property. The office on Pușkin Street is located in the building of ASP Multifunctional Centre Chișinău 2.
People come here to register ownership after a purchase, gift or inheritance, to obtain an extract from the Real Estate Register, to register a mortgage, update cadastral data or register a new building. ID documents and civil status records are also issued in the same building. Visitors recommend booking online and checking the document list in advance to avoid repeat trips.

Numerele de telefon nu răspund, nici măcar 080000002, cel al anticorupției, care chiar ei scriu pe pagina lor oficiala ca lucrează 24 ore! Organizare foarte proastă.

Отношение просто ужасное , никто не хочет работать. Сидят в телефоне и не обращают внимание что ожидает большое количество людей… выдача документа одного составляет час ожидания … подождите сейчас кто то поднимется и выдаст вам ,,… Спасибо большое за потраченное даром время за свои же деньги !!!!!

Ужасное обслуживание. Три месяца пытаемя переоформить гараж. Уже 4 раза посещали кадастр. Им вечно чего то нехватает. А предоставить нужный перечень документов, они почему то не в состояние. Были у трёх разных операторов, каждый просит своё и никто не отвечает за другого=))) Хотя вроде представители одного учреждения. Особый некомпитентный представитель Вадим Олареску. Изначально всем недовольный. явно человек хочет чтоб ему заплатили. ВЗЯТОЧНИК, А ведёт себя как Бог=))) Трата нервов и времени.
