Ratings are below average, experiences vary. Several customers praise the polite staff, an attentive doctor and well-made glasses, including for children. At the same time, reviews repeatedly mention the attitude of some sales consultants and lens orders that were delayed or made incorrectly and were hard to get resolved.
Ophthalmologist appointments can be booked online at astrooptica.md, which also hosts the online shop. The network posts updates on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
