Medical Consultative Centre Lacteia

Centrul Medical Consultativ „Lacteia” at 2 Vlaicu Pârcălab Street in the Centru district (entrance from Alexei Mateevici Street) is the main site of a private centre operating since 2005. The second address is at 6 Cuza-Vodă Boulevard in Botanica. It is open on weekdays until the evening and on Saturday mornings.

The centre has its own diagnostic base and laboratory and sees patients without insurance or residence registration, including anonymously. The main areas are gynaecology, neurology, rheumatology, endocrinology, dermatology, urology and ENT, plus dentistry, ultrasound, laboratory tests, physiotherapy, kinesiotherapy, therapeutic massage, acupuncture, ozone therapy and cosmetology. Patient opinions are divided. The ultrasound doctor and the kinesiotherapist, the cleanliness and results sent by e-mail are praised. Complaints concern dentistry – implant quality and the lack of receipts – waiting past the appointment time and the reception staff's attitude.
