Impossible to get in without an appointment on Earlyone. The appointments themselves are often difficult to obtain as well, it's only possible to make one up to a month in the future, but for some categories it's very often booked for the whole month. They seem to be taking some measures to reduce the amount of paperwork required, but so far it's still a lot of trouble to do anything.

THEY ARE THE MEANING OF A PUBLIC WORKPLACE...2 OPERATORS FOR 50 PEOPLE OUTSIDE ...THE NUMBERS THAT ARE ON BOARD HAVE BEEN ALREADY SUPPORTED AND THEY KEEP IT THE FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTE JUST TO NOT WORK....IF YOU GUYS DONT WANT TO WORK GET OUT SAY TO US THAT YOU DONT WANT TO WORK SO WE CAN LEAVE ...BEEN HERE BEFORE THIS PLACE WAS OPEN,GOT THE TICKET AT 8:03 AND ITS BEEN 4 HOURS .MY NUMBER WAS D12 AND STILL THEY HAVE D8 ON BOARD WHILE THE GIRL WITH THE D8 LEFT LIKE 15 MINUTE AGO!

Сама процедура получения временной защиты очень быстрая, но перед этим надо отстоять очередь. Я записывался туда на 11 утра, по факту пришел заранее, но из за большого количества людей в коридоре была живая очередь и мне пришлось ждать конца обеда, чтобы меня приняли, радует что хоть с интересными людьми пообщался пока ждал приема. Что по поводу документов с места жительства - если у вас их нет или они недействительны, то вам на месте дают декларацию о месте вашего проживания и вы ее заполняете под свою ответственность, и ее достаточно + нужен ваш загранпаспорт, внутренний паспорт Украины не подойдет
