This travel agency should be avoided, in my honest opinion. A couple of weeks ago I've had a vacation, as a service provided by this travel agency. When someone benefits from such a service provided by a travel agency, it should come with consultancy and expertise in the domain, which was not the case for the consultant from Larbi tour. We were provided only with the offers, little to no details, and the price. As we don't have much experience in travel offers we chose one based on what we knew at that time, and had some expectations on the hotel based on the high price. The expectations haven't been met. The hotel, the beach and in general the conditions there were considerably below the expectations, again, based on the high price. Now a couple of insights on what went wrong: 1. The vacation offer went through 3 intermediaries, which meant added commission on everyone (and lag in communication). 2. We had the transfer to the airport on a taxi (~160). This cannot be cheap, and we assumed a good amount of money were wasted on transportation and not even half of it went on the hotel. 3. On the last day we were not even informed in time about the time of our transfer to the airport. I personally googled a customer support number, and called to get the hour when the taxi will be at the hotel. When we asked additional details about the costs, transportation etc., the consultant from Larbi Tour hesitated and told us the this is a package and cannot tell us details about it. The conclusion that I've made. I needed help from the agency to get to Albania, a country where I haven't been before, and in return I've been given a poorly filtered offer, no details about it, no heads up about what to expect, and probably high commissions on the offer from all the intermediaries that where involved in the vacation package. Money that should have been spent on the vacation itself.
