The General Directorate for the Administration of Government Buildings maintains and operates the real estate managed by the Government of Moldova. Besides Government House on Great National Assembly Square, it runs a number of administrative buildings in Chisinau and other towns, as well as a holiday facility in Vadul lui Voda.

For residents and businesses it matters mainly as a property manager: its website posts notices about office space available for rent, public procurement and job openings. It is not a public service desk — for documents, certificates or personal requests you need the relevant ministry or agency instead.
