The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection sets state policy on the labour market, wages, social insurance and assistance, pensions, and support for families with children, older people and people with disabilities. The National Social Insurance House, the National Employment Agency and other institutions operate under it.
Petitions and questions about labour law, social benefits, allowances and support programmes go to the ministry. Specific applications — pension calculation, benefit payments, registering as unemployed, social assistance — are filed with your local social insurance office, the employment agency or your sector's social assistance department.

Bună ziua, Mulți cetățeni ai țării noastre întâmpină dificultăți în a găsi un loc de muncă stabil și serios. Considerăm exemplul Elveției, unde prioritate la angajare au în primul rând cetățenii propriei țări, iar ulterior cetățenii altor state. O astfel de abordare ar putea contribui la protejarea pieței muncii și la îmbunătățirea condițiilor de trai pentru cetățenii noștri.
